ABOUT K.MCCLEOD
Keshawn McCleod, MSW, LCSW, CSOTS, TF, CBT, CPT, MATCH & SOAR Cert. is an accomplished behavioral health leader, licensed clinical social worker, and trauma-focused specialist with more than 20 years of experience providing mental health services, crisis intervention, care coordination, and community-based support across multiple states. Her professional expertise spans trauma-informed care and behavioral health stabilization.

Keshawn has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families impacted by trauma, behavioral health challenges, family instability, and complex psychosocial needs. She is trained and certified in several evidence-based treatment models and specializes in trauma-focused interventions, cognitive processing approaches, behavioral stabilization, and supportive engagement strategies. Her work reflects a strong commitment to advocacy, equity, and empowering individuals and communities through healing-centered practices.

Guided by her mission, Keshawn McCleod believes in the importance of establishing a positive therapeutic union by treating others with respect, being empathic and supportive, and with the use of humor, when appropriate. She works well with a wide range of age groups with diverse needs. Ms. McCleod integrates micro and macro approaches to her practice, and embraces a broad generalist perspective. Her approaches to treatment/services include providing support and practical feedback to assist clients in resolving current life dynamics, on-going problems and long-standing patterns or cycles.
